Once upon a time, in the hectic world of the Internet, there was Ask Me. It began as a collaborative project. It didn't make it, even through the ante-blog era. It was truly Orthodox - for it was based on good will and really not paid at all. People would ask questions to experts and then they would rate them for the perceived value of their answers.
